Initiation to the World of Wine Tasting + Tasting of Iberian Cured Iberian Meat Products Discover the fascinating world of wines with our Initiation to the World of Wine and Iberian Tasting experience in Madrid. Join us and immerse yourself in a tasting guided by a professional sommelier, which will consist of a theoretical introduction covering the history, methods and processes of winemaking, followed by an exciting practical part that explores the visual, olfactory and gustatory phases. In this experience, you will enjoy a carefully chosen selection of 6 wines, including two whites (one young and one barrel-fermented), one rosé and three reds from different appellations and grape varieties. Our wine expert will share his knowledge, giving you a deeper understanding of each wine and its unique characteristics. The estimated duration of the activity is 2.5 hours, during which you will not only learn about wine, but you will also have the opportunity to delight your palate with a tasting of Iberian cured meats. This experience is both educational and fun, requires no previous knowledge and is ideal to enjoy alone, as a couple or with a group of friends. We are passionate about wine and gastronomy, and we want to share with you our passion through the first steps of a professional tasting and basic notions about viticulture, in a fun and entertaining way. We invite you to a sensory journey through six wines specially selected by our sommelier, accompanied by pairing suggestions with the delicious Iberian products that you will be able to taste during the tasting. In addition, at the tasting venue, you will have the opportunity to purchase the wines that have impressed you the most or explore our extensive collection of more than 4000 wines, so you can continue this exciting journey sharing your new knowledge with friends and family.
