Do you love to flow in Yoga and want to practice outdoor during your stay in Madrid ? During this yoga lesson in the magnificent Retiro Park, you will: *Boost your energy and let it flow *Immerse yourself in the present moment and connect with nature, colors, sounds, and yourself. *Release your tensions. *Enjoy the peace in the middle of the city and quiet your busy mind I will guide you in a personalized practice in a quiet place of the Retiro, surrounded by trees. Depending on what you feel like, how you are, we'll do a slow practice or a energetic practice. I am a cheerful, energetic yoga teacher and will help you feel comfortable, safe and have fun. I'm not as fluent in english as in spanish or french, but I'll do my best and hope you enjoy it.
