Description

The day will consist of a tour of the history and environment of the mill. Then we will immerse ourselves in the process of elaboration of our organic olive oil: from the olive blossom to the EVOO bottle. This tour includes a visit to the olive grove. To end the day we propose a hedonistic tasting of our olive oils. We will taste two or three different extra virgin olive oils (depending on the availability of the campaign), paired with other gastronomic delicacies from the community of Madrid, and accompanied by wines from Madrid (pairing with wines DO Vinos de Madrid, adjusting to each of the stages of the tasting). First pairing: EVOO 1, paired with chocolate. Second pairing: EVOO 2, paired with honey. Third pairing: EVOO 3, paired with cold meats or cheeses, all of them from Madrid. We want you to discover the culture of olive oil, and fall in love with this product as much as we do.
