With no willingness to be pretentious, Madrid could be considered the painting capital of Europe, thanks to the concentration of art in just a hundred meters. You'll need many hours to see the main masters of painting: from Velazquez, Goya or El Greco to geniuses like Picasso or Dali, or impressionist artworks like Van Gogh or Monet.
